千岁 ➜ 登别 ➜ 洞爷湖

早上抵达千岁机场后，驱车前往参观【地狱谷】。约一万年前火山喷发形成的奇景，地表冒着热气与硫磺气味，宛如地狱景象，因此得名。
随后前往【登别伊达时代村（含门票）】，重现日本江户时期（1600–1864）的街风与戏剧场景，游客可欣赏武士、忍者、艺伎表演，体验古风文化。
午餐后前往【洞爷湖展望台】，洞爷湖由火山喷发陷落形成，四季皆景，冬季湖面不冻。接着游览【昭和新山】与【有珠山】（含门票），欣赏活火山地貌。
最后前往【熊牧场（含门票）】，近距离观赏熊类生活。

Chitose ➜ Noboribetsu ➜ Lake Toya

Arrive at Chitose Airport in the morning and proceed to visit [Jigokudani (Hell Valley)], a spectacular volcanic valley formed about 10,000 years ago. The bubbling sulfur springs and steaming vents create an otherworldly scene.
Continue to [Noboribetsu Date Jidai Village] (admission included), a historical theme park recreating Japan’s Edo period (1600–1864) with samurai, ninja, and geisha performances.
After lunch, visit [Lake Toya Observatory], a volcanic caldera lake that never freezes, followed by [Showa Shinzan] and [Mount Usu] (admission included), both active volcanoes.
End the day at [Bear Park] (admission included), where visitors can observe native brown bears.

Lake Toya ➜ Hakodate

After breakfast, travel to Hakodate and visit [Onuma Quasi-National Park], one of Japan’s most scenic lake areas. The park offers serene views of Mt. Komagatake and its surrounding nature.
Next, tour [Meiji Hall] and [Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse], historical port buildings reflecting Hakodate’s early international trade.
Stroll through [Motomachi District], lined with Western-style churches, consulates, and traditional shops, showcasing the blend of Japanese and Western influences.
In the evening, take a cable car ride to [Mount Hakodate] for a breathtaking night view, ranked among the world’s top three nightscapes.

函馆 ➜ 札幌

早餐后，前往【函馆朝市】，是北海道最热闹的集贸市场之一，也是当地特色的大型海鲜市场，大大小小的店铺有几百家。浓郁的市井风情让市场热闹非凡。
然后驱车前往【三井OUTLET】，自由购买日本时下流行品牌。
游毕，返回札幌游览【大通公园】，是基于札幌市整体城市规划而兴建的商业街，后发展成地标型大型公园。
随后前往最著名的标志【旧道厅】，1888年所建的巴洛克式建筑，现为北海道重要文化财产。
最后【车游古美式时计台】，一座四面表盘报时钟，造型别致、风格简朴，在不同季节背景下各具风情。

Hakodate ➜ Sapporo
After breakfast, visit Hakodate Morning Market, one of Hokkaido’s busiest and most famous seafood markets, home to hundreds of stalls offering fresh local produce and delicacies.
Continue to Mitsui Outlet Park, where you can shop freely for the latest Japanese and international fashion brands.
Return to Sapporo and visit Odori Park, a large central park developed from the city’s original commercial avenue and now one of Sapporo’s major landmarks.
Proceed to the Former Hokkaido Government Office (Akarenga), a red-brick Baroque-style building completed in 1888, now recognized as a cultural heritage site.
End the day with a drive past the Sapporo Clock Tower, a wooden structure with four clock faces that remains one of the city’s iconic symbols.

After breakfast, head to Otaru Canal, where brick warehouses and gas lamps recreate the port city’s nostalgic atmosphere.
Continue along Sakaimachi Street to visit the Kitaichi Glass showroom and the Music Box Museum; the city’s largest Otaru Orgel Museum houses an extensive, historic collection.
In the afternoon, proceed to a ski resort (about 2 hours). Optional rental of ski gear is available for you to enjoy the snow.
In the evening, transfer to Ramen Yokocho for dinner on your own.

Then explore Sapporo Central Wholesale Market, established in 1959 and famous for its fresh seafood and produce.
Shop along Tanukikoji Shopping Street, home to over 150 boutiques, restaurants, and specialty stores.
In the evening, head to Ramen Yokocho for dinner on your own.
